Efter at ha’ snurret rundt oppe i de højere luftlag af travlhed og stress-hed, der er jeg nu vel tilbage på landjorden, ikke længere fra snøvsen eller noget andet.

Jeg har tilbragt aftenen i en skovlysning, siddende svøbt i vattæppe og ulden trøje og set “Annie get your gun” sammen med børn, mand og gode venner.
Vejret var med os, for skønt tunge grå skyer kredsede over os, slap de kun ganske få dråber, og vi kom “tør-tøjede” igennem.

Turen til Busbjerg er en tradition, en hyggelig en, hvor vi plejer at holde picnic i bakkerne inden forestillingen, med god mad, voksensnak og børnetummel.
Den del af showet sprang vi over i år, vejrudsigten var imod os, men resten var ganske som det plejer…

Jeg lod som om, jeg kiggede med, men i virkeligheden sad jeg bare der og faldt til ro, fik tænkt tanker om dette og hint, og lod en lilla uldtråd glide stille og meditativt gennem fingrene og ned i maskerne.
Jeg huskede dog at klappe, kom bare ind over et kvart sekund senere end de andre, skulle først lige registrere, at det var klapperi vi var nået til.

Weekenden er slut, alt for hurtigt, men jeg glæder mig trods alt over, at jeg nåede at koble ud og af her til sidst, lige på falderebet, for det er vel i virkeligheden det, at fridagene skal bruges til, at få ro på…

    Kære Anne, kender den velkomne følelse af at tågerne letter og sinder falder til ro efter dage med stress, surhed og grådlabilitet, du beskriver. Med tiden synes jeg man erfarer, at det bevæger sig cyklisk og at man midt i de udfordrende følelser, erindrer at man har været der før ,og at det bliver let og lyst igen. Håber roen er grundfæstet nok til at løfte dig gennem ugen. Malene (Østerbro).

    Jeg vil slet ikke fortælle dig, hvor lidt jeg sov, Sifka, var vist ikke faldet så meget til ro, som jeg troede.

    Men, Malene, som du så rigtigt siger, så ved man, at lyset kommer igen, at dage med ro kan genskabe det lette, så alt glider nemmere.
    Tuderiet er ovre, surheden ligeså, nu mangler jeg kun at gøre noget ved de stressfaktorer, der kan nedbringes.
    Og det må denne uge så bruges på…
