Sidste søndag besøgte jeg en vidunderlig garnforretning højt mod nord, et slaraffenland for kvinder med hang til garn og pinde.

Jeg forsøgte ellers længe at overbevise både Hanne og mig selv om, at vi overhovedet ikke manglede et eneste gram garn, at vi ejede strikkeprojekter nok til at udfylde 2-3 vintre, og at alle de idéer og drømme vi fik ved at surfe på nettet, var langt mere end rigeligt.

Det gik godt, vi stod imod, i alle tilfælde i nogle timer, men helt ærligt, det var jo også dumt ikke lige at slå et slag forbi, når vi nu var så tæt på, 10 minutter fra Hune ligger Saltum og Bindestuen, og vi kunne jo nøjes med at kigge!

Butikken var en garnforretning lige efter mit hoved, lys og indbydende, og man føler ikke, at garnet er ved at vælte ned over en, eller æde al ilten i lokalet for den sags skyld, der er luft og plads til begejstring.
Man havde genbrugt gammelt inventar fra tidligere tider, jeg glemte helt at spørge hvad der før havde været, men kønt og pudsigt var det.

Betjeningen var skøn, det er så dejligt at møde et menneske, der flittigt deler ud af smil og latter.
Og at hun brændte for uldne lækkerier, det var der slet ingen tvivl om!Fristelser var der nok af, og jeg fik pillet ved en helt masse, bladret i en god stak opskrifter og samlet masser af inspiration, jeg kunne let ha’ forkøbt mig.

Jeg gjorde det ikke, jeg nuppede kun en enkelt lille ting med hjem, en Design.Club-ting med lækkert dyb-lilla garn til, en Mini, der til efteråret skal strikkes til naboens Frederikke.
Men den skal gemmes til bedre dage, dage hvor temperaturen passer til uld og hvor hænderne vil arbejde med.

Jeg er sikker på, at jeg kommer tilbage til Bindestuen, for Haven i Hune gæstes igen senere på sommeren, så er der ikke langt til Saltum…

    Hvor ser den forretning bare dejlig ud. Sådan skal garnforretninger være. Den vi har i Køge er langt fra lys og indbydende, man får næsten lyst til at åbne en selv. Bliver lige nødt til at høre om Mini er en lille krave/sjal ting. Den ser rigtig fin ud.

    Bindestuen er en SKØN forretning, som er svær at slippe ud af uden garn. Du har været standhaftig 🙂

    Åh hvor er jeg glad for at du kom til Bindestuen og fik den gode oplevelse med dig hjem!

    Det er min YNDLINGSBUTIK og jeg bliver altid så glad når jeg har været der.
    Skønne garner, skønne kvinder og så er der kun en smuttur på små 10 minutter derud. Måske jeg skulle kigge forbi i morgen:o)

    Skøn biks du der fik støvet op, den må besøges hvis man kommer på disse kanter.

    Den lille strikketing du kom hjem med, den glæder jeg mig til at se færdig engang når vejret siger uld, måske man skulle kigge sig lidt mere omkring Hos Ingers her i Århus, for den der havde jeg da overset helt og totalt.

    Du, jeg lurer bare på om jeg har vært i denne butikken, jeg. men da var det gaver og interiør der, med en blomsterforretning bak…..
    Jeg har vært i Saltum noen ganger, da vi ferierte like ved, og var innom denne lille koselige by for å proviantere.
