Vi er gået i ferie-gear, sådan for alvor, døgnet forrykkes med adskellige timer, sent op – sent i seng, og måltiderne indtages, når behovet og lysten melder sig.
Pigerne er virkelig på banen i denne uges madplan, der er den ene børnvalgte ret efter den anden i gryderne, ikke de store kulinariske udfoldelser, men hygge og livretter for den yngste generation.

I går havde Laura valgt “det der kogte hakkede mosede grønne noget”, altså grønlangkål, gerne med frikadeller til, i dag står den på svensk pølseret, men det er nu heller ikke så ringe endda, når det er lavet med gode pølser og så serveres med et ordentligt drys purløg…

Ind imellem skal der bages, sådan er det, når det er ferie, i dag måtte vi afprøve en opskrift min veninde efterlod på køkkenbordet forleden, chokoladescones af den lækreste slags!

18-20 stk.

450 g. hvedemel plus lidt til udrulning
4 tsk. bagepulver
150 g. smør
3 spsk. sukker
100 g. god mørk chokolade, hakket groft
2.5 dl. mælk

Sammenpisket æg til pensling.

Alle ingredienser, undtagen mælken, kommes i foodprocessoren, og der køres ved høj hastighed til det er blandet godt, derefter tilsættes mælken, og dejen køres godt sammen.

Rulles ud på melstrøet bord, og skæres i mindre trekanter eller stikkes ud i søde faconer med udstiksforme.
Pensles med æg og bages straks ved 225 grader i 15-18 minutter.
