På viktualierummets hylder ligger resterne af julens frembringelser, der er marcipan og bjerge af mandler og andre nødder, i køleskabet står de sidste æggehvider fra nytårets kransekage og frugtskålen huser nogle januar-appelsiner, der er ved at se lidt triste ud.

Jeg har rodet og bladret i kogebøger, mundvandet har været løbet til og fra mange gange, der findes så mange søde syndige opskrifter…

Én blev valgt, og eftermiddagens reste-gildet kommer til at bestå af
Financiers med Orange.

100 g. marcipan
100 g. flormelis plus lidt til drys
Kornene af 1/2 vanillestang
3 æggehvider
60 g. hvedemel
60 g. smeltet smør
Fintrevet skal og saften af en lille appelsin

Rør marcipanen med flormelis og vanille, æggehviderne tilsættes lidt ad gangen.
Tilsæt melet og rør det lune smeltede smør i.
Til sidst tilsætte appelsinskal og -saft.

Dejen sættes i køleskabet en times tid og fordeles derefter i smurte Financierforme.
Har man ikke sådan nogen, og det har jeg ikke, så hældes dejen i en lille bradepande beklædt med bagepapir og kagerne skæres ud efter bagning.

Der sigtes flormelis på dejen, og kagerne bages i ca.15 min. ved 225 grader.
Lad dem afkøle på en rist, før de skæres ud, jeg fik 30 fine stykker af min portion.

Ja og så undskyld, men jeg blev altså nødt til at lave en collage mere, nu skal jeg nok stoppe, jeg er altså bare lidt henrykt over den opdagelse…

    Det ville ikke være dårligt at drikke eftermiddagste hos dig i dag. De kager lyder ganske fantastiske, de ska vist prøves.

    Jeg synes det ser lækkert ud. Du må for min skyld gerne lege videre med de collager. Det er sjovt at se, hvad man kan bruge det til. Har selv rigtig lyst til at prøve det. Det lyder super lækkert det du fandt på at lave. mums.
