Helt ærligt, jeg fik dæleme et mindre chok, da jeg så disse billeder af Jamie Oliver, hvad var der sket hen over sommeren?? Vi spiser vel alle lidt for godt i ferien, men dette her, VILDT!!!
Der gik et nano-sekund, før jeg opfattede, at han var krøbet i en full-body-latex-dragt, og i dette korte korte øjeblik, der var jeg bare et stort spørgsmålstegn.
Her var han, min “hemmelige” kokke-forelskelse, svulmet op til en bayonne-skinke, væk var mit sværmeri for en af mine yndlings, som jeg altid har elsket at se arbejde…
Jeg hører stort set aldrig hvad han siger, sidder bare og følger hændernes arbejde, og “smager” retterne, efterhånden som de tager form. Jeg har selvfølgelig alle hans kogebøger, har aldrig fulgt en eneste af opskrifterne, men jeg kigger og tænker og laver så noget der ligner.
Hans udklædnings-stunt er et led i hans korstog for sundere skolemad, eller mad i det hele taget, til engelske børn, og når han trækker af dragten, så sværmer jeg videre…

Hej Anne, Stakkels dig. Jeg havde heldigvis set omtalen i et formiddagsblad. Nå, men han har smidt dragten, så din mand får lidt “konkurrence” igen. Hilsen Lene Z.
Jeg så et billede på BBC uden lyd og uden at kende indslaget og havde nær fået morgkaffen i den gale, heldigvis er Jamie Boy ikke sunket helt ned i sølet, det ville også være spild af godt mandfolk! Jeg kan kun nikke genkende til dit forhold til den unge madkunstner
Han var faktisk på vej til antage en rund form for et par år siden, men nu er han smækker igen. Han hed Naked chef, fordi han brugte mad uden omsvøb, den nøgne mad 🙂
Jeg elsker hans udsendelser og vi har også et par af bøgerne. Jeg ejer desværre ikke evnen til at forestille mig, hvad der skal til for at opnå en smag, men jeg beundrer dem der har – Anne!

Hm – hvad er jeg gået glip af? Fattede aldrig helt hvorfor han hed “the naked chef”, men har nu en anelse. Har heller aldrig set ham live ;o)
