Men smagen, ja jeg siger jer, smagen UUUUHHHHHHMMMMMM….

Grillkilling er vores top-sommer-spise, masser af frisk krydderurter ned i den halve øl, en kvart citron op i skroget, der så sættes ned ovenpå dåsen, 1 times tid under låg.
I dag var tilbehøret nye kartofler, læsøsmør og en frisklavet coleslaw, det var forrygende!

Dagen i dag er smuldret mellem fingrene på mig, jeg bryder mig ikke om det, men det er jo det jeg skal blive bedre til, det der med ikke at suse rundt fra tidligt til sent.
Jeg har drukket kaffe med naboen, kigget på katte, biler og biller med Sebastian 2 år, inviteret genboen på aftensmad med friskbagte hindbærsnitter til dessert.
Jeg har bladret i havebøger, for der er stadig meget plads her på matrikelen, jeg har læst det nye Alt, jeg har slentret i naturen med hunden, jeg har anstrengt mig for at være helt rolig!

Det eneste, der nager mig, er at jeg ikke fik plantet de nye roser; jeg satser på, at de klarer sig til i morgen eftermiddag…

    Ja, jeg har tidligere hørt om de “dåse-kyllinger”, men har ikke helt forstået det. Hvordan kan dåsen “bære” dem? Fortæl, fortæl for nu skal det prøves! k.h. Mette

    Der er stadig øl i dåsen, og det giver vel den tyngde, der skal til, men det er da lidt af et balancenummer 🙂
    Jeg sætter dem altid i et gammelt tærtefad, det gør det lettere at få dem til at stå og samler jo også det dryppende fedt op.
    Det gør dem ekstra gode, hvis du laver en blanding af olivenolie og salt, og kommer et ordentligt lag på hele kyllingen.

    Det er vist i ” vil du se min smukke navle” 🙂 Uhm…Jeg elsker hjemmelavede hindbærsnitter. Kender ikke grillkillingtricket, måske fordi vi ikke har mulighed for grille her hvor jeg bor.

    Jeg tror heller ikke jeg lige har forstået tricket, det skal vist ind med skeer.
    Duuu, Anne, har du ikke lyst til at bringe en god opskrift på hindbærsnitterne.
    Det er nemlig de mandlige elementers yndlingskage her i huset.

    Nogle er jo til garn og strikkebøger, mens andre er til kogebøger og ugeblade :o) Godt at vi har forskellige svageheder !! Lyder godt at din dag er smuldret for dig; et skridt i den rigtige retning….. Kh svigerinden

    Tricket med dåsekyllingerne er, at de bliver usandsynligt saftige, ikke indsunkne og tørre som en helstegt kylling i grillen ellers godt kan blive!
    Krydderurterne afgiver meget aroma efterhånden som øllet fordamper, det er virkelig guf :-))
