Der findes virkelig mange opskrifter på hindbærsnitter, denne her er “vores” og de forsvinder altid som dug for solen, så mon ikke den er god…

20 stk.

DEJ:
4 dl. hvedemel
1/2 tsk. bagepulver
125 g. smør
3/4 dl. sukker
1 tsk. vanillesukker
1 lille æg

God hindbærmarmelade til fyld, og masser af flormelis til glasur.

Bland mel og bagepulver, og findel smørret heri.
Tilsæt sukker og vanillesukker og arbejd dejen godt sammen med det sammenpiskede æg.

Rul dejen ude i 2 lange stænger, dette gøres nemmest imellem to stykker bagepapir!
Bagepapiret kommer let til at rutsche rundt på bordet, jeg lægger det lidt ud over bordkanten og stemmer hofterne imod, så går det som en leg 😉

Smør et godt lag marmelade ud på den ene stang, og fold den anden henover; kanterne trykkes let sammen og stængerne skæres evt. til, så de passer på bagepladerne.
Bages ved 200 gr. i 20 min.

Afkøles, skæres i 4-5 cm. brede stykker og smøres med TYK hvid glasur…

Og se så lige den fine buket jeg har fået af Kulturens Venner, som tak for en god arbejdsindsats; de håbede, at jeg ville hoppe tilbage i foreningen efter sommerferien, men jeg nøjes nu nok med at gi’ en hånd til et enkelt arrangement eller 5, og ikke alle de 28, der er planlagt til næste sæson!

    Taaaaaaaaaak for opskrifterne, jeg ville nemlig have fat i hindbærsnitterne.

    Dåseølstricket er straks sendt videre til husets BBQ-mester… Det skal afprøves på mini-weberen.

    Ja de er bagt , spist og godkendt, men blev omdøbt til brombærsnitter, da det var, hvad huset kunne byde på. Et eller andet har jeg dog gjort forkert, for der blev 10 stk, til gengæld vældig lange og knap så brede, men pyt de smagte godt.
