Synet, der møder øjet, når jeg kigger ud af køkkendøren er ikke af de skønneste, drivhuset står lige midt i en masse rod, der mangler grønt både inde og ude, og de hvide plantekasser, ja jeg behøver vist ikke skrive, hvad jeg mener om dem!

Vi skynder os at bygge nogle trækasser til dem, for der dér, det er altså for grimt…

Men når vi nu først får ryddet op, får fyldt drivhuset op med tomater, agurker og klatreliljer, så bliver det hele lidt kønnere; nu står det der i alle tilfælde, og jeg glæder mig rigtigt meget til at prøve at “avle”; jeg ved ikke en pind om det, men nu kaster jeg mig ud i det, og det kan ikke gå værre end galt!Om lidt hopper vi ind i bilen og kører vestpå, vi skal hente pigerne, det bliver dejligt at se dem; der er budt på aftensmad derude, og vi kan se frem til en hyggelig aften i gode venners selskab…

    Helt ærligt, Anne, hvordan tror du så, et drivhus ser ud, når det kun bliver brugt til opbevaring af haveudstyr, potter og det ukrudt, som kan snige sig imellem….. Sådan et har vi!

    Jeg har gravet mine kasser ned inde i drivhuset, for du så evigt ret. De er ikke særligt kønne men helt vildt praktiske.
    Et lille tip fra sidste år hvor jeg var debutant – sæt agurker så langt væk fra hinanden som muligt. Hvis der nu går skimmel i den ene er risikoen for at de smitter hinanden stor, hvis de er naboer:o) Og glæd dig så til dine tomater – der er intet i verden som tomater af egen avl.
