Endnu en dag smadret af migræne, jeg har fyldt kroppen med medikamenter med mærkelige navne, og har vaklet rundt, som en dårlig kopi af mig selv!
Jeg er kravlet ind og ud af sengen, ned i køkkenet for at lave noget mad, for vi ventede dejligt besøg af Onkel Ib, der skulle besøge os for første gang, siden Sus’ død.

Næste gang er det okay med en ribbensandwich fra Grillen, alt behøver ikke være hjemmelavet!!

Torben og Ib gik sig en lang tur med hundene ved Bølling Sø, og nød det fantastiske vejr, og jeg kom sidst på eftermiddagen så meget til mig selv, at jeg kunne stable mig op ved spisebordet.
Appetit havde jeg ikke, men en enkelt lille vandbakkelse måtte jeg klemme ned, jeg elsker dem, men laver dem sjældent, så den måtte smages!
Vi havde nogle hyggelige timer, inden Ib vendte snuden mod Sønderjylland igen…

Jeg føler, at jeg spilder gode dage, når jeg ligger der og kvabber med et hoved, der er ved at tage livet af mig; jeg vidste nærmest, at det ville ske i dag, en uge, som den vi lige har haft på skolen, kan virkelig gøre det af med mig!

Andre spilder ikke tiden, sommerblomsterne blev sået i torsdag, de første små hvide spirer er dukket op i dag; der er sået Stolte Kavalerer, Voksblomst og Frøkenhat, i morgen skal der sættes Ærteblomster og Citron-eukalyptus til forspiring…

    æv,æv, hvor jeg föler for dig Anne! måske har du allerede prövet det, men jeg var da jeg var teenager og ung voksen plaget af migræne-anfald mindst 2 gange hver uge. for 15 år siden kom jeg til behandling med akupunktur,efter 10 behandlinger fik jeg ikke et eneste anfald et helt år, da fik jeg et og bestilte med det samme ny tid, gik en gang derhen, og har ikke fået migræne en eneste gang siden! forhen havde jeg spist stærke piller i kilovis, men alligevel sagde min læge da jeg fortalte ham om det hele at: “det er da ok, hvis man tror at man föler sig bedre”, for arrogance!!! jeg ved godt at det ikke virker for alle, men vært et forsög.

    Jeg har også gode erfaringer med akupunktur. Men det bedste der kunne ske for dig ville være, et mindre stresset liv. Du presser dig selv alt for hårdt Anne – det kan man ikke holde til i længden. Tro mig jeg VED det.

    Jeg ved det, Ella, jeg får for meget proppet ind i mine dage, men jeg har så forbasket svært ved at sige nej!
    Er ellers blevet meget bedre til det, og har faktisk skåret ned på aktiviteterne, men jeg kan godt selv se, at der er et stykke vej endnu, jeg øver mig…

    Akupunktur er ikke afprøvet, men bestemt en mulighed, for jeg er faktisk ikke så vild med at tage den stærke medicin, så tak for tippet,Frida og Ella!
