Jeg har kastet mig ned foran computeren, har lige en kort stund, inden uret bipper og der er noget, der skal ud af ovnen!!

Jeg er i gang med en “lille” frokost til i morgen, hvor en af Torbens kolleger bliver 50, eller i alle tilfælde fejrer fødselsdag; det er ikke fordi, der kommer mange gæster, der er bare mange småting og egentlig også mange retter, der skal være så godt som klar, inden jeg kan hoppe op i sofaen…

Jeg har bagt tætte chokoladekager med kardemomme og mocca, ostelagkager og mandeldrømme, som på billedet. Der er lavet ørredmousse med salte kapers, lakseroulade og en lille terrine af kylling, svampe og parma; der er gjort klar til salater, dressinger og brød, der er farseret perlehøns og sat fond over, om lidt er der styr på det, mangler bare lige 4 tærter med squash og feta!!

Men det er ikke det bar’ mad, der er også blevet afsluttet et uldent cykelslangeprojekt i eftermiddags; jeg mangler at hæfte ender og sy bunden sammen, men så er tasken klar til en valketur i vaskemaskinen.
Jeg så en sej lille håndtaske hos Butik Mathilde i Viborg i lørdags, og var egentlig klar til at købe garn og opskrift, men kunne ikke lige overskue at lede efter en cykelslange i en by, jeg ikke kender ret godt…

Jeg fandt den selvfølgelig i Bilka 10 minutter senere, men der var så ikke indkøbt garn eller opskrift; men det er jo ikke garn, der mangles her i huset, og en opskrift kunne jeg vel “regne ud”, og det har jeg så gjort, og endda skrevet den ned, så der kan strikkes flere.
Ja selvfølgelig kun hvis den bliver god efter valkning, men det satser jeg da på!!

Når frokosten er serveret i morgen, så dukker den op her i (forhåbentlig) tæt og filtet look.

Når jeg hopper under dynen i aften, så er jeg igennem dag nummer 5 i gyser-ugen, jeg kan ikke vente til den er forbi…

    Mmm jeg gad godt komme til en “lille” frokost hos dig, det lyder altid suverænt lækkert! Har ventet spændt på cykelslangeprojektet, var sikker på at der overhovedet ingen sammenhæng kunne være med et strikketøj. Det bliver interessant at se den valkede udgave!
