danserne musene på bordet, og pigerne spiser pita-brød!!

Vi har sendt Torben til 50 års fødselsdag, og der er dømt piger-komsammen her hjemme, ikke med “fremmede”, men bare os 4.
Sophie er kommet hjem for at ha’ en stille og rolig lørdag aften, måske rakte pengene ikke til en aften på bar??

Torben hader pitabrød, næsten lige så meget som han hader selleri, og det er ikke så lidt endda.
I virkeligheden er han mest til sovs og kartofler, krebinetter, wienerschnitzel og bøffer, temmeligt nedslående for kokken her, der helst spiser anti-dansk.
Gi’ mig gode salater, krydrede hanebryster og perlehøne, simre-retter, der har boblet i timer på gassen, gi’ mig grønt, groft og stærkt, og fri mig for hakkedrenge med bløde løg!

Pigerne spiser egentlig hvad som helst, men har da hver især deres foretrukne; heldigvis, for mig, læner deres smag sig op ad min, så vi kan stemme faderen ned, og han må nøjes med én ønskedag om ugen, hvor jeg så til gengæld er sikker på, at der skal laves sovs, rigeligt af det!
Sådan en dag bliver det nok i morgen, når han nu har festet i dag…

    Hva’ er det egentlig for noget med mænd og sovs!!!!!!!! Der er også et par stykker af dem her i huset.

    Ahhhh- det ser friskt og sundt ud. Det kan, til en hver tid, serveres her i huset, men vi kan altså også godt li’ noget med sovs – også opbagt persillesovs til stegt flæsk eller rødspætter 🙂

    Åh ja, Ella, persillesovs, se det elsker jeg, gerne til sprødstegte fiskefrikadeller lavet af ørred ell. lign!
    En god nedkogt fond monteret med en klat smør, det kan jeg også li’, men brun pandesovs, så er jeg bare stået af :-((

    Mon ikke mænd og sovs handler om mænd og mors kødgryder?? Det tror jeg ;-))!!!
