Med en dag midt på ugen, hvor arbejdet oftest glider med ind i aftentimerne, er det som om, at jeg når weekenden hurtigere, end ellers.
Sent hjem fra job om onsdagen kan ind imellem skabe en følelse af, at onsdagen hænger sammen med torsdagen, jeg når lige hjem til et kort ophold i sofa og derefter en nattesøvn, før jeg igen står på job-adressen. Og bagefter – ja så er det jo fredag, ugens yndlings.

I morgen skal jeg tidligere op end ellers, da der venter en køretur ned igennem Jylland og hen over Fyn til en arbejdsdag i Odense. Vejr- og vejudsigter er tjekket, flere gange endda, men jeg vil ikke tage hverken bekymringer eller sorger på forskud og venter med at forholde mig til det aktuelle vejr, indtil jeg er på vej ud i det…

Efter endt arbejdsdag hos Socialstyrelsen er der planlagt en hurtig tur til et par af Odense’s butikker. Allervigtigst er Kunstfabrikken, som er topleveringsdygtig i venindegaver og sikkert også lidt til Sophies adventsgave.
Og jo måske også en enkelt ting til min egen gode samling af dejlige decemberting.

Middag er også planlagt og derefter en køretur hjem til det centrale Jylland igen, til en kop fødselsdagste hos en dejlig kvinde, der fylder 40, og så hjem i egne stuer til gensyn med piger og pelsdyr.

Dagene kan hurtigt få ben at gå på og det er såmænd okay, for jeg synes, at jeg er god til at mikse arbejde og fornøjelse og så holde weekenddagene så godt som aftalefrie, så der bliver tid og rum til at samle ny energi til gode aktive og sociale decemberdage.

Onsdag er omme, torsdag ligger på spring og derefter weekend med sne, småkager, nyt strikketøj, skrivning af julekort og Amanda hjemme til forkælelse og deling af oplevelser fra efterskolelivet.

Jeg glæder mig til det hele.

    Din beskrivelse av at uka blir kortere med kveldsjobbing var altså ny for meg, men interessant. Jeg syns selv det er fryktelig slitsomt når jeg bare såvidt er hjemom og sover før det er opp og på jobb igjen. Men jeg skal utforske din måte å se på det neste gang!

    Jeg håper jeg blir som deg når jeg om noen år får tenåringsbarn – at jeg mestrer miksen mellom klare forventninger og den der deilige forkælelsen.

    Kunstfabrikken kender jeg ikke – men det lyder som et sted man virkelig kunne finde en fin, personlig gave. Kør forsigtigt henover vores smukke land imorgen – og ha så en dejlig weekend. (vi får også efterskole-drenge-barnet hjem på weekend – SKØNT!!!)

    Kunstfabrikken lyder til at være et sted, hvor man kan finde en masse fine julegaver. Jeg er på Fyn i næste uge, så det vil jeg tjekke ud 🙂
