Mandag var skøn.

Tirsdag var travl.

Onsdag har været lang  –

der er ikke energi til ret meget andet end et hurtigt måltid og så sofa.

 

Sofa med bløde tæpper, hed kaffe med mælk, strikketøj og underholdning fra skærme af forskellig slags…

 

Onsdags-snaske-maden blev en rugburgerbolle med salat, hamburgerryg, ristede små tomater og et par spejlæg sunny-side-down.

Masser af urtesalt og friskkværnet peber på.

Næsten en livret. I alle tilfælde når vi taler om dem, der kan laves på 6 minutter.

 

Jeg bilder mig selv ind, at det er sundere og mere mættende end en menu fra biksen med de gyldne vinger.

Vores bolle her havde endda et grønt nøglehul!

 

Sofa nu –

og i morgen klarer jeg så et hængeparti om lister og opskrifter.

    Uhmm. Sikke en lækkerfastfoodbolle – den gemmes i huskeren til en dag 🙂 – de dage hvor der er behov for lækkerfastfood kommer jo indimellem. Tak.

      Der er behov for hurtig mad i alles liv, Marianne, men vi kan vel forsøge os med det gode hjemmelavede og så nøjes med det fedtede engang imellem…

    God sofa hygge til jer to.
    Vores aftensmad var også noget underligt noget, nemlig rester af ris og dertil den lynhurtige udgave af boller i carry, dvs. købe boller og hjemmelavet sovs. Også en hurtig ret på ca. 12 min. da lillebror ikke VIL have ris men derimod gerne pasta

    helt sikkert sundere 🙂 Og langt mere lækkert… aftensmaden for de to af os som skulle tidligt afsted, og se på tøj til den kommende konfirmand, blev diverse gryn med rosiner. Såmænd jo også sundt nok… men jeg vil nu huske din hurtig-bolle til en anden gang, Anne. 🙂

    Her stod den på hotdogs af den klassiske slags….., og de ville ikke gøre sig så godt på billeder som din lækre, sunde burger, det er sikkert og vist. Men de smagte såmænd…….af hotdogs, og det var ok for en træt onsdag.

      Vi fik faktisk hot-dogs lige efter nytår, Eva, men med fuldkornsbrød og rigtigt gode slagterpølser. Det er et kongemåltid, en gang om året eller så…

    Selv dit snask-mad er indbydende og lækkert – imponeret og lettere misundelig på den gode måde 🙂 Jeg er vild med dit mandags-arrangement og ville ønske jeg havde dig til nabo. Måske man skulle lave en gammeldags-madordning med naboerne ligesom i de “unge dage” -og på den måde få nogle nemme dage og godt selskab selv i en travl hverdag 🙂 Du inspirerer og sætter tanker igang 🙂
