Alle børnene havde storebededagsfredagsfri  –

undtagen Laura  – hun var som sædvanlig en flittig bi…

 

4 i vores lille familie har skrevet FRI på dagens skema, Laura har skrevet EKSAMEN.

Kl 9 kører vi hende i skole, så hun kan tage eksamen nummer 21 af 27 (syvogsindsygetyve), den lille danske helligdag fik ikke lov at spille nogen rolle i den internationale eksamenstilrettelæggelse, niks, de danske må skoler må rette ind efter resten af verden, så derfor svedig eksamen på det, der ellers kunne ha’ været en ekstra fridag for de, der pukler med deres IGCSE…

 

Laura slider med gennemlæsning af to års notater, af meterhøje stakke af bøger, hundredevis af internetsider og flagrende løse ark, hun står med begge ben solidt plantet i sine afsluttende eksaminer og der er ingen vej udenom og ingen tid til slendrian.

 

Hun snupper sit forsømte forår som 16-årig, for der vil aldrig komme en så vidtspændende eksamensbyrde på hendes skuldre igen, never-ever, gymnasiet bliver en legestue efter dette her.

 

Vi hører ingen brok eller piv, næsten ingen, Laura bider tænderne sammen og pukler, men det er tydeligt for os andre, at tanken om den frihed, der ligger efter den sidste eksamen, får smilet til at brede sig over hendes smukke ansigt og skuldrene til at falde ned på plads.

 

Måske er det i dag, at vi skal køre ud i landet og finde den mega softice, som hun har fablet om i et par dage, det ville vist ikke være at rutte med forkælelse efter en eksamen på en helligdag.

    En tilfredsstillende eksamen, en soft-ice og bunker af kram vil garanteret være kirsebærret på toppen af lagkagen. Rigtig meget pøj pøj til hende og god bededag til Jer alle 🙂

    God eksamensenergi herfra også!
    Jeg var selv til en enkelt eksamen i går og tænkte tilbage på de 5-6 forsømte forår da man var studerende og ikke blot ansat på universitetet som nu… Friheden efter sidste eksamen er bestemt noget, der kan få smilet frem 🙂
    Og soft-ice må klart være på sin plads!

    Og nu er Laura i fuld gang, og der må helt klart vente en kæmpeis i enden af eksamensdagen. God fredag til jer alle og en velfortjent friweekend til Laura (for der er vel ikke eksamen på mandag igen?)

      Ikke lige på mandag, Lene, men der er ikke plads til ret meget afslapning, jeg har lige set, at de næste bøger er linet op på skrivebordet.
      Men is skal vi nok få presset ind i det stramme program…

      Vi var til samtale på IB i Ikast i går, Eva, hvor hun skal have sine to gymnasieår, og da de fortalte, at hun bare skulle til 6-7 afsluttende eksaminer det sidste forår, så smilede hun stort 🙂

      Det er faktisk ret vildt, Stine, men sådan eksamineres der på de internationale skoler.
      Der er eksamen i ALLE fag og flere i hver, ikke som i folkeskolen, hvor man kun kommer op i nogle stykker.

    Hvor er hun sej!!!! Det er så flot gået. At trække sig igennem den byrde. Send hende til Læsø. Så vil jeg da give hende den største softice jeg kan lave- med drys;-)

      Hun var på Læsø sidste år, og efter den oplevelse, så skal der meget drys til at lokke hende derover igen, nærmest et ton, tror jeg 😉

      Læsø er vist mere for os halvgamle, end for teens, fornemmer jeg…

    17 Maj,( Norges nationaldag og FRI dag) i Norge, sad der mange unge mennesker og knoklede med eksamen på internationale skoler( som du jo siger så må danske / norske/ svenske skoler indrette sig efter de internationale regler 😉
    Helligdag eller ej. Håber den unge dame kommer vel igennem.
