Vi tæller vores skridt på skolen, vi går og går og går, og prøver at udkonkurrere hinanden, vi går på hold og nogle af os kæmper også indædt med vores “ærkefjender”.

Men nu er min tæller druknet, den led døden i toilettet og kommer vist aldrig til at tælle så meget som et enkelt lille museskridt mere!

Men de anbefalede 10.000, dem rammer jeg i alle tilfælde i dag alligevel, tæller eller ej, for der er blevet gået en del frem og tilbage over køkkengulvet, og efter 3 ugers daglig registrering af mine skridt, der ved jeg hvor meget, eller hvor lidt, de daglige rutiner giver på taxameteret.

Jeg går i gennemsnit ca. 12.000 skridt om dagen.

    Jeg syns du kan være helt tilfreds med dine 12.000 – jeg har også talt skridt – og jeg har desværre stillesiddende/stillestående arbejde og skal virkelig anstrenge mig for at nå op på ca. 9000 skridt om dagen, dvs. gå mindst en lang tur hver dag. Og jeg har svært ved at nå det…
    Så jeg har pillet tælleren af og vælger at cykle alt det jeg kan nå i stedet 🙂

    Jeg går i gennemsnit 13.500 skridt om dagen, hvilket jeg bestemt er meget tilfreds med. Jeg arbejder på en folkeskole, hvor en stor del af mine skridt bliver taget, men mine daglige ture med hunden giver også en del skridt.

    Jeg har også prøvet at have tæller på tidl. og ligesom Gitte, er det faktisk ikke nemt at nå op på de anfalede 10.000 skridt når man har skrivebordsarbejde. Men det er faktisk meget motiverende, for har man mål om at skal gå et bestemt antal skridt, så går der lidt sport i det, og det kan jeg læse der også gør for jer Anne.
    Når nu Willian en gang synes at han har lyst til at ligge i sin barnevogn, skal jeg ud og gå laaange ture, og jeg glæder mig….

    Jeg aner ikke, hvor mange skridt, jeg går – er bange for, at det er temmelig begrænset, da mit arbejde også er ret stillesiddende… (jeg går ud fra, at det ikke tæller, når man spiller pedal-spil på orglet…).
    Men det kunne da egentlig være ret interessant at finde ud af. Sønnike har faktisk en skridttæller – måske skulle man…

    Jeg går mellom 6/7000 og 9000 til hverdags og er egentlig fornøyd med det. Og jeg kommer stort sett over 10000 en el to ganger i uka. Det er virkelig inspirerende å gå med skritteller, og så ser vi hvor mye vanlig husarbeide faktisk gir i skritt på en dag og det er faktisk ganske mye. No er jeg operert i både hånd og fot og går derfor ikke så mye for tiden, men kommer jo alikevell oppimot 5000 innimellom ( og det synes jeg nesten er litt for mye, for jeg bør jo kanskje la foten hvile litt også).
    Men jeg er blitt litt avhengig av å ha den på meg – er utrolig motiverende!

    Skridttælleren er som i også har skrevet ret motiverende, og jeg er blevet meget mere bevidst om, hvor meget eller lidt jeg går.
    Nu er min jo desværre druknet, men jeg tror, at jeg vil købe mig en ny og så fortsætte med at bruge den 🙂

    Jeg taeller ogsaa og har gjort det i et par aar. Jeg har et aarligt gennemsnit paa 10,000 skridt hver evig eneste dag. Det holder vaegten i skak – og saa faar man saa mange dejlige oplevelser paa nethinden, naar man gaar.
