Der er gang i bageriet denne søndag morgen.

Jeg har lovet at levere en gang kagebord til en god bekendt, der skal ha’ sine søskende til sommersøndagsseance med spisning og kaffe.

 

Så bagerærmerne er smøget op og ud af oven hives muffins, brownies, tunesiske kaffebrød, lagkagebunde og en enkelt lille polentasmåkage eller hundrede…

 

Ønsket er mange forskellige slags kager og for at der skal være mulighed for at smage så meget som muligt, så er jeg gået ned i størrelse petit. De kager, der kan skæres, vil blive det i små hapsere og de, der er i portioner fra starten, bliver tilberedt i meget mindre forme end sædvanligt.

 

Som de citrus/lakrids krydrede blåbærmuffins her, de er bagt en de mindste papirforme, jeg har fundet, altså ud over dem man kan få til konfekt, og jeg har eksperimenteret lidt med at få hold på formerne, kagernes altså, mine egen lever deres eget liv.

Jeg kunne ha’ købt mig en silikoneform, der passede til papirsformene, men jeg har i forvejen alle skuffer og skabe fyldt med grej, og tænkte, at der måtte være andre måder.

 

Og det er der –

for det fungerer så ganske udemærket at ploppe den lille form ned i en af de store med faste kanter, som man kan købe i bl.a. Føtex, den store form kan bruges igen og igen til at holde om de små, og man får de fineste små kager med meget pæne kanter.

 

Det var husmoderens søndagstips til at nedbringe grej-indkøb.

Nu iler hun videre ude i bageriet, hvor der står et par hindbærlagkager og venter på makroner.

De skal ikke venter ret meget længere…

    Jeg laver også sommetider vores yndlingskanelkage som mini muffins. De passer lige i madpakken, når man ikke skal have “kage” men bare lidt slik.

      Ja det var faktisk bare et råd, Trine, men det giver selvfølgelig også et indtryk af størrelsen på kagerne…

    Jeg har også for nylig investeret i minipapirsforme – netop for at ploppe dem ned i min faste metalform.
    På den måde bliver kagerne fine og der bliver lidt mindre rengøring 😀

    Har dog ikke fået afprøvet min teori endnu, men det kommer vel 🙂

      Jeg bager aldrig uden papirforme i den store form, hverken i den i metal eller den i silikone, jeg synes det er så meget lettere med papir inden i.
      Men i går var det jo papir i papir og den teori holdt også i praksis…
