Intet nyt under solen, men alligevel et rigtigt godt og medrivende oplæg fra en superdygtig kvinde! Jeg blev klar, topklar, for faktisk er jeg ret optaget af folks forskellige måder/metoder i forhold til at tackle (eller ikke tackle) konflikter, jeg analyserer i hoved og r.., både på mig selv og andre, og her kunne vi så lige få det illustreret med grafer og cirkel, guf….

Der blev snakket og analyseret, reflekteret og delt oplevelser, enkelte græd og andre fik vrede udtryk i øjnene, når de tænkte tilbage på gamle konflikter, som måske alligevel ikke var så afsluttede, som de havde fået sig selv bildt ind.

De pædagogiske dage skulle være med til at lægge grundstenene til at få skabt en konflikthåndterende kultur på vores “institut”, jeg måtte undres og gyse, når jeg så samtidig kunne sidde og opleve, at enkelte kolleger kom med slet skjulte bemærkninger, endda udsagn, om tidligere konflikter i lærergruppen, det var mere end ubehageligt!!
Jeg kunne ha’ pustet til ilden, jeg kunne ha’ påpeget, at det netop var konfliktoptrappende, men jeg lod være; jeg blev faktisk så rystet, at jeg blev nødt til at vende udsagnene mange gange inde i hovedet, og kigge lidt rundt på dem, der sad nærmest, havde de mon hørt det samme??
Det havde de, jeg kunne se det, ingen tvivl…

Jeg er ellers ikke typen, der lader ret meget af den slags gå upåagtet hen, jeg bliver vred og kæfter op, og får ind imellem nogle ordentlige dask over snuden, men denne gang er jeg nødt til at klæde mig selv på, for det skal være knivskarpt og ikke til at misforstå, det jeg gerne vil sige om sådanne ulækkerheder, jeg er chokeret!!

Det var en befrielse at komme hjem; her hjem, hvor de eneste bagholdsangreb, er dem kattene hidser sig selv op til efter for mange dage indenfor pga knæhøjt sne…

    Åh Anne – jeg kender det kun alt for godt. I min personalegruppe er vi på vej ud af en kæmpe konflikt som bundede i en hel hel masse usagte … Ja det passer så ikke helt der blev nemlig sagt en masse, men i krogene og ikke til de rette.
    Det er helt vildt udmattende at færdes i et sådant miljø og en kæmpe befrielse når jeg endelig kunne tage hjem og lukke min dør. Håber at I får løst op for jeres problemer. Hos os øver vi os og bliver bedre for hver dag der går.

    Jeg vil bare ønske dig en rigtig god søndag, hjemme hvor du hører til! Af de grunde som du nævner, er jeg panisk bange for sådanne weekender og kurser. Indrømmer at jeg skal tvinges til den slags…. Ellers er jeg ikke en kylling! k.h. Mette
